I initially loved these because they fit my waist and didnt gap. I'm 5'6", 160 lbs, with an athletic build especially in my thighs. I ordered a size 28. However when wearing them for a second time they already started to loosen around the waist and thighs.
I have very muscular thighs and a round butt but my waist is a couple sizes smaller and it's always impossible to find jeans without a giant waist gap! These fit perfectly though. I'm 5'7 and 160 pounds and a 29 fits great.
Oh man, these are fantastic skinny jeans.
I have a weird body...I’m bony up-top, but have a booty and very muscular thighs and calves. So, finding a jean that fits my figure (33 inch hips/ 26 inch waist/37.5 butt...I forget my calf measurement) is complicated. I’m 5’ 7”, 135- bought a size 25.
Skinny jeans by any other manufacturer just never work. They either are too big in the waist/hip area to fit comfortably over the calf, or they fit in the waist/hip and cut off circulation on my calves.
Not these. They fit perfectly. Truly love. I’m considering throwing out all my old jeans and getting more of these!
I love the fit of these jeans on my waist and thighs - they’re stretchy without being saggy. But the ankle openings are too narrow and not stretchy at all. They were difficult to get on nearly impossible to get off. I had to return them. FWIW I’m 5’6” 130lbs and ordered a 24 - I was able to button them easily and they felt a tiny bit tight in the waist, but most jeans stretch a bit so I think this would have been a good size if I kept them.
I am 5’6 150-155 and lately I have been more and more uncomfortable in all my previous jeans. Either they just don’t fit anymore or I end up hiking them up around my quads over and over again. My measurements didn’t seem to line up with the size chart so I emailed Fran Denim. They got right back to me and helped me pick a size. They are so comfortable and move with you like leggings. And no feeling like my legs are trapped or constantly pulling my pants down. I got a 29, they are comfy and fit decently but after wearing them all day I think I would be better off with the 28 next time!
