Model is 5'4" tall, weighs 140 lbs, and wears a size 27. Her belly button is 30" and hip is 39".
NOTE: You want them to fit nice and snug at first but not uncomfortably tight. They will loosen up a bit as you wear them.
I have struggled to find jeans for years. I lift weights and also do a lot of heavy cycling, so I have thick thighs and a booty. When I shop for average jeans, by the time the fit my legs, the waist is so big, there’s a huge gap in the back and they don’t stay up. Fran Denim knows what an athletic figure is shaped like and does an amazing job accommodating. The amount of money I have wasted on other jeans far exceeds the amount I paid for these nice jeans. It’s well worth the money and I won’t buy jeans from anyone else from now on. As a reference, I’m 5’5, 150 pounds. Hips are 40”. Size 29 fit great, size 30 is good but a bit loose.
These fit really great and I'm surprised how much I like the length. My only issue is with the button fly. It seems like the button or button hole is slightly out of place because the fly folds open making the zipper visible.
It’s so nice to be included as part of the fashion industry with my thick thick legs and small middle. I typically layer shorts over leggings because jeans don’t fit my legs. These do! Still a little snug in the calf but maybe that’s the style? I’m giving 4 stars only because I feel like the mid rise is more of a low rise and the high rise is more of a mid rise. The exchange was easy though and I like my “Nicole” jeans. I’m torn still as to if I should have ordered true to size. After reading reviews, I ordered a size down ( I’m usually a 30 and ordered a 29) like a 29.5 would be perfect! I’m 5’4” and 150 lbs.
