Ordered the same size as the Sarah skinny jeans I had previously purchased. Pants were great but the size was way too large, requiring the less than tidy exchange process.
The pants themselves are well made and I would recommend them!
Only issue would be- they need belt loops!
I have been struggling for years to find business casual/professional work pants that actually fit me properly. I've tried a number of brands, styles, and materials. I had forgotten what it felt like to wear pants that actually fit correctly. On an almost daily basis I found myself hoping that SOMEONE would make work pants for athletic women. I work in finance so I am pretty much committed to the trousers/slacks life. I was used to feeling like my thighs were bursting out of my pants, the seams were splitting, meanwhile I could fit my arm down the waist gap in the back. No. More. These are absolutely fantastic. They fit well but they aren't painted on - my legs can move in them - and the 28s are - dare I say, loose? I'm not complaining though. The fabric is on the thinner side, but that isn't to say the quality is lacking. Will be buying these in navy and every other color/style they come in. Also, they have front pockets, actual pockets that my hands can fit in. It's a Christmas miracle. Ha.
Oh and I'm 5'9 and 164lbs for reference.
These are my first purchase from Fran Denim but won’t be my last. They look good (sort of casual but nice for work in an office), they’re made very well, but the fabric is drapier than I expected. One star off for the lack of belt loops.
